This place-specific installation explored the effects of technology on small agrarian communities.  Modern agri-business is destroying these local economies and ecosystems, just as nineteenth century Manifest Destiny disintegrated native cultures.  By juxtaposing Old and New World cultures (symbolized by over 250 broccoli stalks, one ton of cornmeal and a coyote skeleton), I explored these conflicts.
